Below are the two different styles of grips that High Plains Gunstocks makes for the Encore/Contender guns
Above: Pegasus style grip. They can be ordered for the Thompson Encore, Thompson G2 Contender or the Thompson Oldstyle Contender set ups. This grip is right or left hand specific.
Above: Hammer style grip. They can be ordered for the Thompson Encore, Thompson G2 Contender or Thompson oldstyle Contender set ups. This design has a slightly more pronounced palm swell than the pegasus style grip. It is right or left hand specific.

Above: T/C G2 Contender grip set made of exceptionally figured eastern black walnut and rosewood grips. The forearm is 11.5 inchs long.
Above: Thompson Encore grip set up made of grey laminate. Customer called it his cannon. Maybe a pirate? This was the smallest forearm I have made to date at 3 inchs overall length.
